booking a retreat
To book online, please select a retreat from our retreat calendar page and complete the booking form. If the retreat is fully booked, you will be redirected to the waiting list form so you can add your name to the list if you want.
When booking online you can either pay the full amount at the time of booking or pay the deposit to secure your place. If booking with a deposit, the balance will be due six weeks before the start of the retreat. You will receive a reminder at that time with a link to pay the balance. If you haven’t paid the balance a month before the retreat start and we haven’t heard from you, we may offer your place to someone on the waiting list.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We have two retreat rates: the full rate and the concessionary rate which aimed for students, unwaged, OAP’s and Triratna Centres/businesses workers.
We can immediately confirm bookings when made online.
If you wish to pay by cheque or Bank Transfer, please fill the booking form and then select the option ‘Cheque/Bank Transfer/Cash’ at the payment stage and finish the booking procedure.
If booking within the six-week period before the retreat starts, you will need to pay the full amount.

Please note that we are unable to accept bookings from people under the age of 18.
About half of our accommodation is in shared rooms. We can only accept single room reservations in the case of significant medical conditions. If you have particular needs, please contact us by for clarification before booking.
Information about what to bring, travel, public transport and other useful info will be sent to you closer to the retreat start. If you would like this information before you book, please contact us.
cancellation policy
If you need to cancel a retreat, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else, especially if the retreat is fully booked.
We will refund you anything you paid on top of the deposit amount, excluding the Bursary Fund donations.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
waiting list policy
When a retreat is full, a waiting list option is available without any payment. A waiting list is simply our way of noting that you are interested in attending a given retreat.
When a space becomes available we will email the people on the waiting list. We might give the space to the first person who places a booking. By going on the waiting list you will receive notification that there is a space, however being on the waiting list might not give priority booking. We do this because we are not always able to fill places on retreats from the waiting lists.
bursary fund
We have a bursary fund for people in special circumstances who would otherwise not be able to afford to come on retreat with us at all during the year. If you need some help from the fund with payment please contact us and tell us more about your situation.
